1 chocolate cake mix (2 layer)
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix as directed, baking in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix in saucepan, 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat; add coconut. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Let cool.

Place 1/2 cup milk, 3/4 cup sugar and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in chocolate chips until chocolate is melted. Top cake with mixture. Let cool.
