MOM'S RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
Pie crust 4 c. chopped rhubarb 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. nutmeg Raspberries (optional) Beat eggs and sugar. Add lemon juice and nutmeg. Add rhubarb. Pour in pie crust. Bake 45 minutes - 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Optional: Add 3/4 cup raspberries in pie shell. Pour rhubarb mixture over. |
