CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken, cooked, reserve broth
Sm. onion
2 stalks celery
8 oz. pkg. Innmaid or homemade noodles
2 c. finely chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen peas, optional
Cheese, sliced or grated
Dry bread crumbs

Cook chicken day before with small onion and celery. Cook noodles in boiling water, then drain. Place layer of noodles in baking dish, then add bite size pieces of chicken. Add peas, if desired. Add salt, pepper and celery and cheese. Then add another layer of noodles, celery, seasoning and cheese. Top with noodles. Add chicken broth. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
