CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 lb. deboned and cubed stewed chicken
1 lb. noodles cooked in 2 qt. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. chopped bread
1/2 c. butter

Slightly brown chopped bread in butter, saving 1/2 cup of browned bread for top of casserole. Alternately layer noodles, chicken and bread crumbs. Top off with remaining bread crumbs. Sprinkle top with parsley. If desired, add 4 teaspoons chicken fat and/or American cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
