1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sliced apples, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg

Cut together the cake mix, butter, and coconut until crumbly. Press in 9x14 inch pan, cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Arrange apples on top of crust. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix egg and sour cream and dribble over the top. Cook about 20 minutes.
