1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crumble above until well mixed. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar. Mix and form a ball of dough. Spread or pat in 9-inch springform pan or pan with removable sides. Bring dough up at least 1 inch up sides.

Peel and slice 5 large apples. Put in bowl. Mix in 1 cup or less of sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Pile into pan. Bake 1 hour. Remove sides of pan immediately.
