1 (11 x 13) ungreased pan
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut, optional
1 (20 oz.) can pie apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks

Cut butter into cake mix; mix in coconut. Pat into pan, build up sides. Bake 10 minutes; pour in apples, arrange, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.

Blend sour cream and eggs; drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes.
