RICE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked regular rice
1 lb. sausage, Owens
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sweet green peppers, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped

Crumble sausage and fry enough so grease can be poured off. Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Seal with foil and cook 2 hours without peeking at 325 degrees.
