MARTHA'S CASSEROLE 
Brown:

1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery

Dilute with milk:

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of Cheddar cheese soup

Mix with:

3 c. cooked rice (prepare 1 c. of uncooked)
3 c. cooked ham, chicken, tuna or sausage
1 can peas

Pour into greased casserole, cover with bread crumbs, toasted onions, chop suey noodles, or potato chips. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10-12.
