RICE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. raw rice

Fry sausage in small chunks; our off the grease. Remove meat and saute onion and celery in a little butter. Add meat and fry a little longer.

While doing this, bring to a boil 2 cups of water. Add rice and cook according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 10.
