MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, with juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Mix together the cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges. Grease and flour the pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. (Can be frozen.) Mix together the Cool Whip, pineapple and vanilla pudding and spread on top of the cake.
