MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Juice of 1 can Mandarin orange (11 oz.)
Add enough water to make 1 cup

Frosting
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all ingredients together - pour into 3 cake pans. Place Mandarin orange sections around top of batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees. Grease and flour pans.

Mix frosting together and put on layers. Put in refrigerate overnight.
