1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe angel food cake mix
1 c. & 1 tbsp. water
1/4 c. orange juice
Few drops yellow food coloring
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Mix angel food cake as directed on package except use combined water, orange juice and yellow food coloring instead of 1 1/3 cups water. Add grated orange peel along with the cake flour mixture (red "B" packet). Bake and cool according to package directions. 12-16 servings. Serve plain or iced.

If you want Lemon: Substitute 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel.

ORANGE BUTTER ICING:

1/3 c. soft butter
3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. grated rind for extra flavor

Blend butter and sugar together. Stir in orange juice and orange rind until smooth.
