B.'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 (29 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 grated carrot
3 stalks celery, chopped with leaves
1 chopped green pepper
1 1/2 med. yellow onions, chopped
1/4 c. dried parsley
1 lg. pinch dried oregano leaves
1 lg. bay leaf
3 cloves garlic, minced

Brown ground beef and combine with all other ingredients and simmer until celery is tender. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Top with Parmesan or Romano cheese.
