1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 heaping tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. paprika
2 heaping tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
3 tbsp. vinegar (cider dark)
3 sm. cans tomato sauce with 1/2 can water

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until it is the thickness you desire.
