BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
2 bottles catsup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Brown onion in small amount of oil, then add balance of oil, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook slow for 30 minutes. Add catsup and other spices except horseradish. Cook slow for 30 minutes. Add horseradish, cook slow for 15 minutes. Baste meat last 15 minutes of cooking. This will do 10 pounds of ribs or 8 chickens.
