1 c. Kikomann soy sauce, lite or reg.
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. white vinegar

Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend thoroughly. Good on chicken, ribs, or pork roast.
