TEX-MEX DIP 
FIRST LAYER:

16 oz. can spicy refried beans.

SECOND LAYER:

3 avocados, mashed, peeled, seeded
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

THIRD LAYER:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning

FOURTH LAYER:

Approximately 2 chopped tomatoes

FIFTH LAYER:

1 bunch green onions, chopped

SIXTH LAYER:

1 can chopped olives

TOP LAYER:

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread beans on plate or serving tray. Blend ingredients for second layer until smooth and spread over beans. Combine ingredients for third layer and spread over avocados. Sprinkle tomatoes, then onions, olives and cheese (in that order) evenly over third layer. Chill and serve cold with tortilla chips.
