GERMAN PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar and salt
Little less than 1 c. milk

Beat eggs, slowly add flour (beat with mixer) until smooth. Add enough milk to make very thin.

Preheat frying pan with a little butter (pan should be hot). Pour 1/2 ladle of batter into pan and roll pan to coat bottom. When edges start to brown, turn over. Serve with strawberry jam rolled up in the center or with maple syrup.
