FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, pierced
1 lb. fettucini

Combine butter, cream, salt and pepper and garlic in skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes. Remove garlic clove, toss with cooked fettucini and Parmesan cheese.
