1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Let stand overnight (do not refrigerate). Roll out and cut. Bake in 350 degree oven, 8-10 minutes. Don't roll out too thin!! When cool, frost with powdered sugar frosting. I use cherry frosting flavor also and lemon and rum or whatever is your favorite.

These are Art's favorite cookie so I make them for him, when he buys honey from Odin.
