PIZZA DOUGH | |
3 - 3 1/2 c. flour 1 pkg. yeast 3/4 tsp. salt 1 c. warm, water (125-130 degrees) 2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil Corn meal In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt. Stir in water and oil. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4-6 minutes. Cover, let rest 10 minutes. Lightly oil two 12 inch pizza pans. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Form dough into smooth ball. Roll to fit pan. Top it your way! Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
