CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed dry
4 (4x6 inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives

Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with Swiss cheese slices. Pour salad dressing over cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and olives. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

(This is an excellent dish - even people who do not like sauerkraut like it!)
