PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
3 green peppers
1 med. onion
1/3 c. soy sauce
Pinch of sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 to 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Rice

Trim steak and cut into small, thin strips. In a skillet or wok, brown meat in oil. Slice green pepper and onions and add to meat. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, water and cornstarch. Pour into skillet and mix well. Simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally and serve over rice.
