GREEN SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 lb. blue cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. green onion, chopped

All ingredients may be mixed in a quart jar. This dressing keeps and keeps and is especially delicious on a salad made of greens.

As the days go by and it thickens, thin when used as salad dressing. Left thick it is fine spread thinly on party rye bread. Top this snack with a slice of cucumber and a flag of pimento. Makes 1 1/2 pints.
