GREEN SALAD WITH WARM BRIE
DRESSING
 
1/4 c. walnut oil
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. brie cheese
1/4 c. sherry vinegar
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. lettuce
1 1/4 c. toasted chopped walnuts
2 apples, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Heat oils in large saucepan over medium heat. Cut cheese into 1 inch pieces. Add to oil whisk until melted. Add vinegar, cream, salt and pepper. Cook until heated thoroughly. Cover and stand for about 2 hours.

Arrange lettuce on plates. Preheat sauce. Top lettuce with walnuts and apples. Then top with warm dressing.
