DUTCH CROKETS | |
1 lg. chuck roast Water Salt Cook 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Cut into pieces. Mix 7 pounds of potatoes, 20 shakes of soy sauce, nutmeg, 10 shakes curry powder with 2 heaping tablespoons Hellmann's mayo with an electric mixer. When warm add roast beef and mix well until smooth. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs, 2 boxes, 4 or more eggs. Roll in bread crumbs and roll in eggs and then bread crumbs. Cook in deep fryer until brown. Makes 25 to 29. |
