EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
1 lb. sirloin beef tips, or beef roast, cut in 1 inch cubes 1/4 c. burgundy 3 reg. sized onions or 12 sm. ones 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup 1/8 tsp. pepper Egg noodles Combine all ingredients (except noodles) in crock pot. Cook on low heat 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender. Serve over cooked egg noodles. |
