SOUR KRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can kraut
2 stalks celery, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. sugar (white)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar (white)

Drain kraut and rinse in cold water. Add celery, onion, and pepper. Mix sugar, oil, and vinegar together; pour over kraut and vegetables. Mix well and serve.
