KRAUT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sauerkraut
1 c. celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped onion

Boil sugar, vinegar, and water. Let cool. When cool; add sauerkraut, celery, green pepper and onion. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
