STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
3 tsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
4 drops red food coloring
1 cooked pie shell

Combine 1 cup strawberries, water, sugar, salt and corn starch. Boil until clear and thick, stirring constantly. Add Jello and food coloring. Let cool. Place remaining strawberries in pie shell, and add strawberry glaze. Cool. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
