1 round steak, cut into bite size cubes

Brown in cooking oil, put in casserole dish. Slice large onion over top. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup, plus one can water. Pour over top. Bake until gravy is thick and meat is tender at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
