ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 c. celery, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, more if desired

Melt butter in skillet. Add the meat. Cook slowly for 10 or 15 minutes. Add the celery, onions and cook until onions are clear (not brown). Cover rice with water (set 20 minutes). Mix the soup and mushrooms. Drain water off rice and add to soup mixture. Add meat, celery and onions. Put in large greased casserole dish, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Do not add salt.
