ROUND STEAK AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Salt and pepper
Flour
2 tbsp. fat
3 or 4 med. potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, chopped

Cut steak in serving pieces, sprinkle with flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brown in fat. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes, onions in a covered casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Yields 4 servings.
