VENISON BURGER SPECIALS | |
1 lb. ground venison 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 sm. onion, minced 1/4 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. prepared mustard 3 tbsp. catsup 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs Combine all ingredients; shape into patties. Broil 3 inches below source of heat for 6 minuets on each side for large patties or until brown on outside and medium done on inside. Serves 4. |
