QUICK FRENCH ONION SOUP 
6 beef bouillon cubes
5 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sliced onion rings
6 sm. rounds Melba toast
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add Worcestershire sauce and onion rings. Simmer gently 25-30 minutes.

Serve in warmed bowls with Melba toast rounds and 1 1/2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese sprinkled on each. Makes 6 (1-cup) servings. Serves 6.
