SOUR - CREAM POTATOES | |
6 med. potatoes, baked & cooled 1 c. butter 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream Chopped onion Cheddar cheese, shredded 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grate potatoes into a large bowl. 3. In a medium bowl, combine butter, soup and sour cream. Mix well and stir into grated potatoes. Spoon into oven-proof dish and bake for 25 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
