EASY YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. hot tap water
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
Dash of salt

Mix yeast, salt, and flour together in large bowl, add hot water, butter and egg. Stir until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn dough into lightly floured surface, knead dough 5 minutes, cover, melt rise 5 minutes. Shape dough into rolls or 2 loaves, cover and let rise in a warm spot for 30 minutes or until doubled. Bake 15-20 minutes at preheated 375 degree oven.
