EASY YEAST ROLLS 
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 pkgs. yeast
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. lukewarm water

Mix milk, sugar, salt and butter and bring to boil. Let cool. Mix yeast and warm water. Add cooled milk mixture with beaten egg and yeast. Add flour. Let rise about 1 hour. Knead and roll out. Let rolls rise. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown.
