CHICKEN AND RICE 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, thawed
1 (1 oz.) pkg. dried onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine mushroom soup, onion soup, rice and water in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Put chicken breasts on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
