GARLIC CHICKEN BREASTS AND RICE 
1 c. minute rice
6 pieces split boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter, melted

Wash chicken breasts and place into a baking dish. Sprinkle well with garlic salt and add pepper to taste. Mix together melted butter, 1 cup water, rice and soup. Pour over chicken and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour or until chicken is done.
