CHICKEN DELISH 
1 c. raw rice
3 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken, cut in serving pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix

Mix the first 3 ingredients and pour into a 9-inch greased baking dish. Place cut up pieces of chicken on top of mixture and sprinkle with 1 envelope or less onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350°F. Don't peek.
