BUTTERMILK OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. oat bran
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. white flour

Mix oat bran, buttermilk, egg, honey, oil, raisins and carrots together and let set for 10 minutes. Then add flours, soda, and nutmeg. Mix well and pour into Pam sprayed muffin tin. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins with 190 calories each.
