“TOFU MOCK "CHICKEN" WINGS” IS IN:

TOFU MOCK "CHICKEN" WINGS 
1 lb. extra firm tofu
FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
your favorite wing sauce (for dipping)

Drain and press water out of tofu. Cut tofu into "fish stick sized" pieces. Marinate tofu in FRANK'S® for a couple of hours.

Preheat oil to 375°F. Blot extra sauce off of tofu (or grease will splatter).

Deep fry for 4 to 5 minutes or to preferred crispness.

To serve, dip into wing sauce fresh from grease.
