MOCK CHICKEN SOUFFLE | |
6 slices w. w. bread 2 c. diced chicken substitute 1 sm. onion, diced 1 sm. can pimiento, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 can celery soup 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 green pepper, chopped Mix bread pieces, chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, pimiento and green pepper; place in casserole. Mix in a separate dish, milk, eggs and soup. Pour this mixture over the first seven ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
