CARIBBEAN SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. cooked, peeled shrimp
1 (6 oz.) can pitted whole ripe olives
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts (whole)
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1/2 med. head cauliflower flowerettes
1/2 med. head broccoli flowerettes
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. horseradish
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt

Combine first 6 ingredients and marinate in sauce of mayonnaise and seasonings for 8 hours. Serve with toothpicks.
