BARBECUED BUTTERFLY LEG OF LAMB 
Bone leg of lamb. Rub with lemon pepper, garlic, rosemary or thyme, as desired. Prepare charcoal. Lay lamb flat on grill, cook slowly, turn and continue cooking until desired doneness. Serve with barbecue sauce or mint jelly. You will have all degrees of doneness. Prefect for outdoor cooking on your Farberware grill.
