Season All
Oregano
Lemon pepper
Black pepper
Garlic salt
beef, your choice

Take a sirloin tip or rump roast and rub seasonings all around roast several times. Put on rack in pan and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes per pound. Leave in oven for 2 hours. Do not open door. Alternative: cook at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes per pound. Seasonings are also good to rub steaks with before grilling. Sprinkle on Worcestershire sauce over steaks and marinate a little while.
