1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
36 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, soda and salt; mix well. Chill 2 hours. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place in foil cups lined miniature muffin pans. Press 1 peanut butter cup into center of each ball of dough until only the top shows. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
