CHICAGO CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (1/2 butter)
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. cornflakes
1 c. quick cooked oats
1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Mix well. Add flour, soda, salt and mix. Add cornflakes and oats and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes a big batch.
